FAQs
CAN I AFFORD A SHORT SALE? Most short sale transactions are done on a flat fee basis and there is usually no charge to the client unless the transaction proceeds through closing.  Also, there are very little, if any, out-of-pocket expenses paid by the client.  In most situations, our fee is paid out of the proceeds of the transaction.

HOW DO I HIRE AN ATTORNEY? The easiest way is to call our office at (847) 647-2088 or (847) 647-2106 so that we can discuss your matter.  Signing up with an attorney in our firm is very easy to do and we have tried to make the process as convenient as possible with late night and weekend hours.

WILL I GET TO MEET MY ATTORNEY? Of course.  We welcome the opportunity to meet all of our clients prior to closing or prior to the commencement of litigation.  In fact, we strongly recommend a meeting with a client before accepting representation so that we can get a feel for one another to see if our firm is the right one to handle your matter.

I SEE THAT YOU HANDLE BANKRUPTCY CASES AND REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS, BUT DO YOU ALSO HANDLE OTHER MATTERS? Yes.  Our firm handles a variety of other matters outside of bankruptcy cases and real estate transactions.  We have focused on real estate matters over the last few years as the demand for qualified real estate attorneys has increased exponentially.  Feel free to contact our office at (847) 647-2088 or (847) 647-2106 and you can discuss your case with one of our attorneys.
